You can track your order from your shipping confirmation email or by visiting edegym.com.

When your package ships, we'll send you an email with the tracking link. You can use the link at any time to check its progress.

Sometimes we cancel orders to save you time and money. If we cancel your order, we won’t charge you.

You may see a temporary hold on your credit or debit card account associated with a canceled order. Your bank may have placed a temporary hold on that amount when your order was placed and will remove the temporary hold based on their policies and procedures. We cannot remove the temporary hold. Please contact your bank with any questions regarding any temporary hold. It is sometimes called an authorization hold and shows as pending in your account.

Multiple Item OrdersYour items may be shipped from different warehouses.

Your items may arrive separately.
Each package will have its own tracking number.
Visit your Purchase History to see if your order was split into multiple packages.
If you've received all packages from your order and you're still missing items, select the Chat with us button.
