1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Time Frame: You must request a return within 30 days from the delivery date. Returns requested after 30 days are not eligible for refund or exchange.

  • Product Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Products that are used, opened, or damaged are not eligible for return.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:

    • Personalized or customized products

    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages)
      These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.


2. How to Return an Item

If you'd like to return a product, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email us at edecpy@outlook.com with your order number, a brief description of the item(s), and the reason for the return.

  • Get Return Authorization: Our customer support team will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and provide instructions for sending your item.

  • Package the Return: Repack the item(s) securely in their original packaging. Include your RAN with the return.

  • Ship the Product: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking.


3. Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your request.

  • Refunds: If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your provider.

  • Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement once your return is processed. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and offer either a replacement or a full refund—your choice.


5. Non-Refundable Charges

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.


6. International Returns

For orders shipped outside the U.S.:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and applicable taxes.

  • Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
